We are looking for an ambitious, growth-oriented Enterprise Account Manager with a background in KYC and IDV, focused on delivering revenue from key accounts and acquiring new clients from targeted lists.
The role operates mainly within our Identity Solutions division, which provides a suite of applications and APIs for embedding insights on global consumers and corporate customers through acquisition, onboarding, and monitoring.
Following our acquisition of FullCircl, a leading provider of KYC/AML and IDV solutions, this position will be within our FullCircl business unit, focusing on automated identity verification solutions for onboarding and compliance.
Our solutions support clients across 160 countries, working with over 30 data providers, and serve more than 500 clients in various regulated industries.
An ideal candidate will have experience supporting onboarding challenges, with knowledge of AML, KYC, and ID&V services, especially in regulated industries. Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC and SPIN is advantageous.
You will be responsible for generating your own pipeline, developing existing accounts, and working with our sales and customer success teams to deliver excellent client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate opportunities to supplement inbound leads.
- Develop, forecast, and close deals with existing and new clients.
- Practice MEDDIC, Salesforce, and conduct deal reviews.
- Build value-based ROI business cases with clients.
- Establish champions within client organizations.
- Manage relationships with senior CXO-level contacts.
- Handle various sales negotiations.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, customer success, and training teams.
