NCIC is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse for Eden ICC, spanning the Eden Valley into the Lake District. The role is a permanent full-time post (37.5 hours) with shifts from 8:30 to 23:00 and a weekend rotation, based in Eden serving the local Eden ICC population.
The successful nurse will join the Integrated Care Community, supporting care in the community, facilitating discharge, and promoting independence through reablement and chronic disease management.
