NCIC is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join the Eden ICC team in a permanent role. The post covers 37.50 hours per week with shifts from 8:30 to 23:00, including evenings and weekends on a rotational basis, within the Eden ICC and surrounding communities.
You will support patients with complex nursing needs in the community, work with health and social care colleagues to prevent hospital admissions and promote independence through reablement and chronic disease management.
