Responsibilities

  • Work closely with technical staff and development team to meet customer needs
  • Ensure one-time in-full first-class customer service
  • Ensure accurate data entry and management within the company’s sales management system (CRM)
  • Perform service activities according to business needs and contract terms
  • Be aware of annual targets regarding sales revenue, number of new customers, renewal contract rate and all other KPIs assigned by the direct line manager
  • Identify and progress sales opportunities for new customers either from one-off sales or new contracts
  • Work with customers to optimize systems efficiencies through innovation
  • Complete and manage customer orders using relevant company technology and in accordance with company policies, procedures and trading standards
  • Account management – maintain relationship with customer post-sale to ensure satisfaction and obtain referrals, ensuring confidentiality and promoting the good image of the company
  • Ensure adherence to NCH Europe’s health and safety standards, protecting the wellbeing of all NCH Europe agents and employees

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous water treatment knowledge or experience is not essential; we are willing to train and up-skill the right candidate
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Any water, technical or chemical knowledge is an advantage
  • High level of planning and prioritising skills to manage multiple demands effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, using tablets and apps; CRM and sales order management systems or documents is optional
  • Full valid UK driving licence
