We are seeking a driven sales representative for our ChemAqua division in the Hertfordshire/Essex Area. If you are looking for a professional career with uncapped earning potential, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales revenue, new customer acquisition, renewal contracts, and other KPIs set by your line manager.
- Generate sales leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling to build a strong pipeline.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including contracts and one-off sales.
- Follow NCH’s “Gears of Selling” sales process, ensuring professionalism and credibility.
- Collaborate with customers to optimize systems and efficiencies.
- Manage customer orders using company technology in line with policies and standards.
- Maintain post-sale relationships for customer satisfaction and referrals, respecting confidentiality.
- Work closely with technical teams to meet customer needs.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring data accuracy in CRM systems.
- Perform service activities as required and adhere to health and safety standards.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
We are looking for:
- Experience in customer contact and sales, with a technical background preferred.
- Knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater systems is desirable.
- Experience in water treatment or specialty chemicals is advantageous.
- Understanding of B2B sales and contract business culture is beneficial.
- Strong communication and influencing skills in face-to-face and phone interactions.
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales systems is a plus.
- Valid UK driving license.
