Key Responsibilities
We are looking for sales reps with a drive for high achievement and making real relationships with clients. You will not only sell high-quality lubricants and maintenance products, but also develop into an expert through regular training. Your success drives you, and is rewarded with a base salary and attractive commission model and exciting development opportunities.
What you will be doing:
- Sales of our Industrial Lubrication products directly to industrial customers on site
- Independent support in your local sales area - without overnight stays away from home
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, being a key point of contact for clients
- Continuous further training through practical training courses and team meetings
- Closely cooperate with the internal sales department, which supports you on a daily basis
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Enthusiasm for field sales and an interest in technical products
- Experience within a customer service environment (in person or by telephone) is a plus - any previous B2B or B2C sales exeprience is not essential for the role but is an advantage
- You are structured, communicative and hard-working and are interested in building a professional career within a sales environment
- Full valid UK driving licence

- Competitive Salary of £30k basic salary plus £3k Car allowance, with an uncapped commission scheme; realistic OTE between £35k to £45k per year. There will be a guaranteed monthly commission for the first 12 months.
