Solenis Light Industrial Solutions is driving a major global transformation, and we’re seeking a Project & Change Manager to lead high-impact strategic initiatives that accelerate growth and operational excellence. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leadership—including the Global President of NCH Industrial—to deliver cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced, global environment.

What you’ll do:

• Lead strategic transformation projects across multiple countries
• Analyse complex business challenges and turn insights into actionable plans
• Drive scalability of service processes and implement best practices
• Support development of the European Key Accounts strategy
• Execute growth initiatives focused on geographic expansion
• Manage work plans, governance, and gate review processes using TMO tools
• Lead cross‑functional teams and ensure strong change adoption and stakeholder alignment

What You Bring:

• MBA preferred
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead change and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Hands‑on, commercial mind set with the ability to drive results
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and MS Teams
