Key Responsibilities
  • Selling chemical and technical maintenance, repair products and equipment, to customers across various industries such as heavy manufacturing, metalworking, engineering, automation, and transportation.
  • This is a field-based sales role working independently to identify sales opportunities from prospective and existing clients.
  • Visiting customer sites to demonstrate the company’s products and services.
  • Attending regular team meetings and training sessions.
  • Collaborating with the customer service team, who support you daily.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience in a customer contact environment.
  • Cold calling and/or field sales experience in B2B or B2C is advantageous.
  • Structured, communicative, hard-working, and interested in building a professional sales career.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Self-motivated with strong relationship-building skills, trust, and influence to achieve sales targets.

Salary: £30k (£27k basic + £3k car allowance), with uncapped commission; OTE between £35k and £40k annually. Car allowance and fuel card. Comprehensive training and development opportunities.
