Key Responsibilities

The Role

• Selling chemical and technical maintenance, repair products, and equipment to customers across industries such as manufacturing, metalworking, engineering, automation, and transportation.
• This is a field-based sales role working independently to identify sales opportunities from prospective and existing clients.
• Visiting customer sites to demonstrate products and services.
• Attending regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Collaborating with the customer service team for support.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

We are looking for:

• Experience in a customer contact environment.
• Cold calling and/or field sales experience in B2B or B2C is advantageous.
• Structured, communicative, and hardworking with an interest in building a sales career.
• Valid UK driving license.
• Self-motivated with strong relationship-building skills to achieve sales targets.
• Salary: £30k (£27k basic + £3k car allowance), with uncapped commission; realistic OTE between £35k and £45k per year.
• Car allowance and fuel card.
