We are looking for a keen sales representative to work with our Lubricants brand in the South Wales region, specifically Cardiff and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Sell industrial lubrication products directly to industrial customers on site.
- Provide independent support in your local sales area, without overnight stays away from home.
- Establish and maintain long‑term customer relationships, acting as the key point of contact for clients.
- Participate in continuous training through practical courses and team meetings.
- Collaborate closely with the internal sales department, which supports you daily.
- Enthusiasm for field sales and interest in technical products.
- Experience in a customer‑service environment (in person or by telephone) is a plus; prior B2B or B2C sales experience is an advantage.
- Structured, communicative and hard‑working, with an interest in building a professional sales career.
- Full valid UK driving licence.
- Competitive salary of £30k basic salary plus £3k car allowance, an uncapped commission scheme; realistic OTE between £35k and £45k per year.
