Estates Administrator to join our Estates Team and play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our facilities and estate services.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment for staff, learners, and visitors.
About the Role
Reporting to the Estates Manager, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Estates Team. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, from managing purchasing processes and maintaining records to supporting events, responding to service desk enquiries, and ensuring the efficient delivery of facilities services across the organisation.
