Do you want to make a difference every day? Newcastle College is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Support Coordinator to join a passionate team that supports the achievements of students with additional learning needs and disabilities.
In this vital role, you'll be at the heart of student success and will:
- Lead and manage a team of support colleagues
- Support inclusive learning
- Work closely with curriculum teams
- Contribute to the development of service processes including teaching, learning and assessment
What We're Looking For / Qualifications
- A warm, adaptable, and enthusiastic individual.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to inclusive education.
- Level 2 English & Maths (or equivalent).
- Evidence and experience of leadership and management.
- Educated to degree level or significant, relevant industry experience.
- Flexibility to work evenings and support off-site provision.
