We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HE Data Compliance Officer to join our Higher Education team. In this specialist role, you will lead on the preparation, validation, and submission of Higher Education student data returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding requirements, including ILR, Office for Students (OfS), and other statutory reporting obligations. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of HE student records throughout the student lifecycle, supporting activities such as enrolment, progression, awards, and student outcomes.
Working closely with colleagues across HE, MIS, Quality, and Registry teams, you will provide expert guidance on HE data compliance, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure that our data is accurate, timely, and fit for purpose.
We are looking for someone with experience of working with complex data sets, excellent analytical and organisational skills, and a strong understanding of data quality and compliance requirements within a Higher Education or Further Education environment. Knowledge of HE regulatory returns and student records processes would be highly advantageous.
