NCG is seeking Learning Support Workers to join the Supported Learning Department on a term-time basis. The role focuses on assisting learners with mild to complex learning difficulties, autism, and ensuring their independence and participation in college life.
You will work under teaching staff, support 1:1 and small groups, with Level 2 English and maths, strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills, at Lewisham Way Campus.
