IQA Southwark College, part of Newcastle College Group (a leading national provider of education and training) is looking for an IQA.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide assessors with feedback, advice and support to help them maintain and improve their assessment practice.
  • Check that assessment methods are safe, fair, valid and reliable.
  • Check that assessment decisions are made using specified criteria.
  • Work with assessors, trainers, and employers to ensure the standardisation of assessment practice and outcomes.

What we are looking for:

  • IQA level 4 Award
  • Teaching Qualification
  • Significant experience in assessment and verification
  • Desirable to have knowledge in one of these subjects: English, Maths, Health or Business.
