Join our Learner Data Services team for an exciting opportunity dealing with Exams! We encourage applications from candidates with strong administrative skills, preferably with experience in further education or school settings, though all backgrounds are welcome.
As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in providing effective support within the LDS/Exams team. This includes assisting various colleagues and students while managing a wide range of administrative processes for numerous awarding organisations, utilising different data systems.
Your responsibilities will encompass exams-related tasks such as:
- Preparing exam timetables
- Creating seating plans
- Receiving and securely storing confidential exam materials
- Managing learner registrations and results
- Issuing exam certificates
- Performing other relevant duties
