We\’re looking for a Work Experience Lead to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our students\’ career readiness and employability skills.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage a dedicated team supporting students with high-quality work experience opportunities.
- Build strong partnerships with local employers and internal stakeholders.
- Champion best practices in work placement planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Deliver training and guidance to staff and students on work readiness.
- Support learners individually and in groups to help overcome barriers to success.
