Carlisle College, part of NCG Group (a leading national provider of education and training) is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Student Experience Manager. This is a key position focused on making a real impact on student life across the College. In this role you will lead on delivering a dynamic enrichment and engagement programme, embedding the learner voice strategy, supporting student wellbeing, and developing an inclusive, vibrant college experience.
A core part of the role is managing the Work Experience team to ensure all learners access high-quality placements that support their progression and personal development. You'll also oversee careers advice, student support services, and help promote the College through internal and external events.
