Southwark College, part of NCG, is seeking an enthusiastic Enrichment and Engagement Coordinator to join our Student Experience team. Based at our Southwark College site, you will lead the planning and delivery of a diverse enrichment programme for both 16‑18 and adult learners, helping students develop confidence, skills, wellbeing and employability.

You will deliver enrichment activities and lead events, develop Learner Voice and student leadership, build partnerships and monitor impact.
