Are you an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a technical background in Drylining and Plastering? We're looking for someone like you to support our apprentices in college and in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training to apprentices to support them to excel in their current roles and advance their careers.
- Carry out progress reviews and update relevant e-portfolio systems.
- Take ownership of apprentices and employers to ensure compliance with quality standards and processes throughout the learner journey.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 vocational qualification in Drylining/Plastering
- Level 2 in English and Maths or willing to achieve this during employment
- Knowledge and experience of Construction industry practices and Health and Safety regulations.
- The ability to self-manage workload, to meet deadlines and fit with employer needs.
- Experience of working with young people to guide and support them through a qualification/training programme would be advantageous but full training and support will be given.
