Newcastle College is seeking a SEND Adviser to support learners with additional learning needs and/or disabilities.

You will work with staff, families and external agencies to develop personalised support plans and coordinate exam access arrangements when needed.

You will manage a caseload of SEND and mental health support learners, require Level 2 English & Maths, and be able to work flexibly, including evenings, within an inclusive education team.
