Newcastle College is looking for an enthusiastic Transition Mentor to support looked after children and other young people in progressing to further education.

You will work with schools and partners to plan transitions from Year 11 into college, helping students overcome barriers and raise aspirations.

You will need Level 2 English and Maths or equivalent, be able to work flexibly, and have a clean driving license with access to transport to support learners in various settings.
