Role Description

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and passionate individual to join our apprenticeship operational support team at Newcastle College as a Curriculum Administrator – Apprenticeships.

Summary of the main purpose of role:

  • To provide a customer focused and responsive service to support the Newcastle College apprenticeship team.
  • To ensure that all College systems and processes are proactively and effectively implemented within the role.
  • To deliver exceptional customer service and to support a high-quality service delivery, whilst maintaining compliance within a very busy environment.
