PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The role involves supporting student engagement and retention, as well as regulatory compliance, by maintaining accurate attendance and student status records, identifying students at risk through attendance monitoring, and contributing to timely interventions. The postholder plays a key role in ensuring the integrity of data for internal reporting and external returns (including requirements of the Student Loans Company), and in supporting academic and professional services staff in upholding high standards of attendance record management.
