We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic individual to work as part of an innovative team and outstanding department. The successful applicant will teach Level 3 Foundation in Art and Design. The successful applicant will lead on the planning, delivery and assessment of further educational courses in Art and Design. Reporting to the Head of Curriculum, you will be committed to promoting excellence in the quality of standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
The successful candidate will have adaptability and a broad ranging art and design knowledge, and specialist understanding of Graphic Design and Illustration practice, with a good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign to cover the Visual Communication pathway and prepare students for degree level study. Also holding a degree in a relevant field and evidence recent, relevant industry experience.
