Role Overview
Lecturer – Science (Biology Specialism). You will teach across T‑Level in Science, BTEC Applied Science Level 3, and GCSE Science, delivering knowledge, building skills, and creating inclusive learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver learning
- Design and deliver inclusive, high‑quality lessons
- Create engaging learning materials tailored to diverse learner needs
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to support learner progress
- Support learner development; guide academic and personal development through tutorials and pastoral care
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and engagement
- Enhance curriculum and keep course content current and aligned with industry standards
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to enrich the learner experience
- Promote and uphold safeguarding, equality, and health and safety policies

Qualifications
