Enrolment Assistants
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Lewisham College and Southwark College are seeking proactive and friendly people to support the Admissions and Customer Services team during enrolment.
Working as part of the Marketing, Recruitment and Communications Department, we are recruiting to a range of hours covering day, evening and weekends shifts throughout the summer and autumn terms.
With full training given, the successful candidates will be responsible for supporting with all front house customer services to ensure the smooth running of our enrolment processes, including accurately inputting data, helping new students to access support, dealing with face to face and telephone/email enquiries and completing a range of administrative tasks.
The role requires staff to work diligently and comply with our health and safety and safeguarding procedures. It is a flexible position with a range of hours across both Lewisham College and Southwark College.
