The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

Drive performance, quality and continuous improvement; shape future-focused curriculum; and build strong partnerships with employers and external stakeholders. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will contribute to whole-college strategy, planning and performance. You will bring significant leadership experience within creative and/or digital disciplines, with a strong track record of curriculum innovation, continuous improvement and delivering strong student and financial outcomes. You will be confident leading complex portfolios, using data to inform decision-making, and contributing to whole-college strategy.

Key qualifications and experience:

  • Substantial leadership experience within, or closely aligned to, creative and/or digital disciplines
  • A strong track record of leading curriculum development, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Experience of managing teams, performance, and budgets within a complex organisation
  • The credibility and confidence to lead specialist creative and digital teams and engage authentically with industry
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication skills, and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
  • A degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area
