Southwark College is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Work Placement Officer to play a vital role in supporting our 16‑19 Study Programme students to gain meaningful and impactful work experience. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by helping young people develop the skills, confidence and insight they need to take their next steps.

In this role, you will work closely with curriculum teams, employers and support staff to source, plan and co‑ordinate high‑quality work placements and industry experiences. You will match students to suitable employers, deliver engaging preparation sessions, complete essential health and safety checks, and monitor progress to ensure every learner achieves their required placement hours.
