We're seeking an Independent End Point Assessor (IEPA) within Healthcare to join our End Point Assessment team. As an IEPA, you'll play an integral part in the success of apprentices by supporting them in taking the assessments for their apprenticeship and grading their assessments. This is therefore a great opportunity to use your professional skills and knowledge whilst developing others.
Job responsibilities
- Delivering EPA in line with the Health Care Support Worker L2, Senior Healthcare Support Worker L3 and Assistant Practitioner L5 standards
- Utilising NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices
- Attending standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance and consistency
- Communicating with apprentices, ITPs and employers on EPA and grading

Qualifications
- A recognised Assessor qualification (or the commitment to work towards)
Experience
- At least 3 years occupational competency within a Healthcare role
- Experience of producing clear and accurate reports
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and are able to work independently
