Flexible Worker Contract – Location: Remote. We’re seeking an Independent End Point Assessor (IEPA) within Healthcare to join our End Point Assessment team. As an IEPA, you’ll play an integral part in the success of apprentices by supporting them in taking the assessments for their apprenticeship and grading their assessments. This is an opportunity to use your professional skills and knowledge whilst developing others. NCFE works with Independent Training Providers, Further Education Colleges, and Employment Providers to drive partnerships across Apprenticeships and EPA.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering EPA in line with the Healthcare Standards
  • Utilising NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices
  • Attending standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency
  • Communicating with apprentices, ITPs and employers on EPA and grading

Qualifications

  • A recognised Assessor qualification (or the commitment to work towards)
  • At least 3 years’ occupational competency within the Healthcare sector
  • Experience of producing clear and accurate reports
  • Good IT Skills
  • A full valid driving licence as travel (essential)
