Salary: Up to £48,250 depending on experience

About The Role

We’re seeking a Change Manager to join our PMO team, reporting directly to the Head of PMO. The PMO team consists of Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, Testing Specialists, Product Owners and Business Partnering disciplines and is central to the delivery of the NCFE strategic vision.

As Change Manager you\’ll work with a group of business change ambassadors and with stakeholders across NCFE to ensure business readiness and acceptance of change coming from our major programmes of work. You\’ll also be responsible for how we monitor the impact of that change and how we further leverage the change to continue improvement.

How You\\\’ll Make An Impact

  • Leading the colleagues through change
  • Assessing and understanding the impact of change
  • Aligning resources within the business to accept change
  • Ensuring business readiness to accept change
  • Reducing time to implement change and accelerate embedding (of change) and realisation of associated benefits
  • Working with stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Qualifications / What We\\\’re Looking For

  • A recognised change management certification
  • Have successfully lead colleagues through major transformations programmes
  • An excellent understanding of how individuals and organisations go through a change and the change process
  • Excellent demonstrable understanding of recognised change models
  • Demonstrable experience of identifying opportunities for continuous improvement as a result of change
  • Experience of identifying opportunities and implementing plans to further leverage business benefits as a result of change
