About the role
We’re seeking an Internal Quality Assurer for Oral Health Practitioner to join our End Point Assessment Team. You will be working as part of a dedicated, flexible team, where you can use your professional skills and knowledge whilst developing others. Added to this, you will be working at the forefront of End Point Assessment, as NCFE works with Independent Training Providers, Further Education Colleges, and Employment Providers to drive valuable partnerships across the developing world of Apprenticeships and EPA.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Delivering the internal quality assurance function within the team
- Planning and delivery of standardisations
- Mentoring and coaching new and existing members of the team
- Managing and meeting operational performance Service Level Agreements (SLA), whilst demonstrating productivity and efficiency through performance and quality monitoring
We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:
- A recognised Assessor qualification
- A relevant IQA qualification
- At least 2 years relevant experience of oral health
- At least a level 4 qualification or above on the OFQUAL Register of Regulated Qualifications or be QAA accredited GDC registered professional
- Experience of producing clear and accurate reports
- Experience of leading and developing a team
