This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office 1-2 times per week.

About the role

We’re excited to be looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team, delivering high quality financial insight, management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across the organisation. This is a key business partnering role, where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to budget holders and senior stakeholders, providing financial information, KPI reporting, and commercial decision support.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Partner with budget holders to deliver financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial reporting, and cash flow forecasts
  • Develop insight led business cases, financial models, and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Produce and analyse KPIs, performance metrics, and commercial insights to drive efficiency and cost control
  • Provide financial analysis and decision support to non-finance stakeholders
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure aligned business planning and performance monitoring
  • Support continuous improvement, financial governance, and innovation initiatives

We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following:

  • An accountancy qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
  • Experience in producing monthly accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Proven business partnering experience, working with and influencing stakeholders
  • Proficient in Excel and other commonly used Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to work on own initiative and adapt to changing requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, providing accurate and timely information to a high standard while working effectively with non-finance colleagues
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
