We are looking for a commercially focused Finance Director to join our senior leadership team and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business.
The Role
This is a hands‑on role with full responsibility for the finance function, working closely with the Owner and senior leadership team to drive performance, improve profitability and support strategic decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the finance function, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Provide commercial insight to support decision‑making and improve business performance.
- Oversee financial controls, compliance and governance.
- Monitor profitability, margins, costs and overall financial performance.
- Partner with operational teams to drive performance across our store network.
- Support strategic planning, growth initiatives, new store openings and investment decisions.
- Lead and develop the Finance team.
About You
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, such as Finance Director or Head of Finance.
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
- Hands‑on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.
- Confident working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience working within a high-growth business.
- Multi‑site retail experience is highly desirable.
