This is a newly created leadership role that will play a key part in shaping the next stage of our growth.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Founder, you'll lead the development and execution of a commercially driven marketing strategy that strengthens our brand, increases customer acquisition, drives store footfall and delivers measurable sales growth.

  • Work collaboratively with Retail, E‑commerce, Buying and Finance to support business growth.
  • Build and develop the marketing function as the business continues to expand.

The successful candidate will act as the guardian of the NCF Living brand, maintaining brand guidelines and providing final approval on all marketing communications, creative assets and campaigns to ensure consistency across every customer touchpoint.

  • Excellent commercial awareness with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A hands‑on approach with the ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience within furniture, home interiors or another consumer retail business would be advantageous.
