This role is a 12 month fixed term contract, Dutch fluency is required.
This role involves drafting, advising on and negotiating commercial contracts and providing competent legal advice on a broad range of matters.
Matters include data protection and privacy, disputes, IP, employment or real property.
The team is also asked to advise on policy related to cyber security more generally.
The legal counsel will liaise closely with the global legal team to ensure a consistent approach is taken β for example when considering risk, processes and new services.
