About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and organised Student Support & Quality Administrator to join our team in Conwy. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our learners receive an outstanding experience — from enrolment through to certification.
Working directly with our customers and closely with internal teams, you’ll handle enquiries, manage learner records, and help maintain the high-quality standards NCC is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Act as the link between learners and internal departments, ensuring a seamless learner journey
- Update and maintain learner information, including preparing portfolios for external audit
- Accurately record all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Support the success and certification team to ensure timely and accurate learner outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with learners to encourage engagement and repeat business
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role (telephone and email)
- Confident using CRM software and learning new systems
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
