The Opportunity:
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Account Manager to spearhead our efforts in forging critical connections between our capabilities and customers within a portfolio of Public Sector / Local Authority accounts. As an Account Manager, you will lead the development and growth in customer accounts by shaping compelling propositions, conducting comprehensive research, and providing valuable insights into sector-specific challenges, nuances, and needs. This expertise will empower NCC Group to differentiate its services, delivering enhanced value to our clients. You will also have a voice in the Public Sector strategy and go to market plan and execution, providing opportunities for personal development and career progression within a high performing and highly collaborative team. In addition to this, you will support our sales and delivery organisations, fostering growth and nurturing enduring relationships with both existing and potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue, Orders, and Pipeline Growth: Drive growth in revenue, orders, and pipeline within key Public Sector accounts aligning with agreed objectives.
- Improved Delivery Performance: Measure and enhance delivery performance through Cash and Customer Satisfaction metrics.
- Account Development: Use account plans to identify key NCC propositions to target, based on client specific research and intelligence gathering.
- Thought Leadership: Serve as an account expert and cultivate thought leadership within the Public Sector, and emerging sector specific trends to ensure client success.
- Pipeline Visibility: Generate clear demand signals within your accounts to guide the delivery units and inform product and service line innovation.
- Client Workshops and Immersion: Facilitate client workshops, encourage knowledge sharing, and foster sector immersion.
- High-Value Client Relationships: Cultivate high-value collaborative relationships with customers and authorities within key Public Sector accounts to drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Cyber security sales experience: Demonstrable success in selling Cybersecurity solutions to clients, with Public Sector client experience highly desirable.
- Collaborative Team Player: Able to work both independently and as an integral member of a high-performing team, supporting, and sharing insights with colleagues.
- Passionate and Enthusiastic: Approach your work with unwavering energy and enthusiasm.
- Proactive and Motivated: Demonstrate a proactive attitude, motivation, and ambition with an inherent sense of accountability.
