This role can be located in Manchester, London or Cheltenham and is a hybrid role. This role holder is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global Channel Partner Strategy. The purpose is to ensure revenue growth and profitability and expanding market reach; in line with NCC Group strategy and existing propositions and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Channel Partnership Strategy: In conjunction with the VP of Propositions and Strategic Partners, develop and implement a forward-thinking global channel partner strategy aligned with propositions and services to underpin the company's long-term business objectives. Work with colleagues in sales and delivery teams to identify and prioritise channel partners. Define partnership models and frameworks to maximise value for both the company and its partners. Continuously evaluate and adjust the partner strategy to capitalise on emerging market trends and opportunities.
  • Channel Partner Management: Collaborate with colleagues across NCC to ensure execution of partners strategies. Working with legal and procurement to negotiate and onboard channel partner agreements, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and in line with the company's values and objectives. Work with the channel partners to build pipeline and revenue; through partner enablement, training, collateral, and in-life support. Establish and monitor key performance metrics to assess the success of partnership initiatives; which include revenue and margin. Monitor and measure the performance of channel partner management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Proven experience in channel partner management, or similar roles in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving global partner strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to deliver across a matrix team.
  • Excellent collaborator with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities at all organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel, including internationally as required for partner meetings, conferences, and industry events.
