Our incredible Digital Identity team operates as a global practice to deliver leading consultancy and managed services. Office Locations - This role can be primarily work from home, with regular visits to our London, Manchester or Cheltenham offices, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
The role will involve and support the development of technical and consultancy skills, delivered by a mixture of knowledge transfer, shadowing and interactive technology vendor training delivered in a combination of onsite and virtual classrooms and self-guided learning, as well as official consultancy soft skills. You will engage in project activities alongside your colleagues in the digital identity team, benefiting from the guidance of a dedicated mentor who will support your personal development as you advance. You will find that your skills as a consultant will grow alongside your technical expertise. You'll gain hands-on experience through active client exposure as you shadow active projects. This includes areas such as business analysis, project management, and technical deployment, utilizing leading technologies and tools like SailPoint, Okta, Delinea, and more. In addition, you will be encouraged to select a specialism topic of your choice to present to the internal colleagues, with support from your nominated mentor. The topic can cover a theoretical research topic, practical demonstration of product implementation and/or the development of an asset, which will help further consolidate the knowledge and presentation soft skills. After the initial six months, you’ll be invited to compile and present your “journey and learnings,” which will include insights from shadowing consultants on real engagements, including pre-sales activities. Moreover, you will be encouraged to complete training with technology vendors to earn a widely recognized IAM industry qualification. The overall aim of the role is to provide a transition to a consulting level position, based on a 2-to-3 timeframe, with the ability to focus on a broad or specific focus on Identity and Access Management services.

In terms of technical skills, we are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate proficiency in three or more of the following areas:
- Relevant experience in cybersecurity or familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, policies, or technologies
- Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, and/or Linux
- Proficient programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C, C++, or C#
- Experience with web development and frameworks, such as NodeJS, ReactJS, ASP.NET, AngularJS, Flask, Ruby on Rails, etc.
- Familiarity with databases, including SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL
- Experience with the setup and management of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.)
