  • Prioritise and triage incoming communications, ensuring urgent matters are escalated and handled swiftly, ensuring high levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Coordinate intricate international travel itineraries, from flights and accommodation to visas and expenses, delivering seamless, stress‑free experiences, even when plans change at short notice.
  • Serve as a key contact point between the CPO and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
  • Lead and support projects and events within the People team and wider business units.
  • Draft, edit, and coordinate People‑related communications, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with our culture and tone.
  • Support the distribution of updates, organisational announcements, and change communications globally.

What we are looking for in you

  • Experience supporting senior executives in fast‑paced, commercially driven environments, ideally with global responsibilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong capability in drafting communications, preparing Leadership packs and other documents.
  • Previous exposure to a PLC environment.
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and time‑management skills.
  • Expertise in managing complex calendars, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to operate across multiple time zones and manage global workflows.
  • Strong judgement in filtering and prioritising requests.
  • Absolute discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Understanding of corporate governance, NDAs, and legal compliance.
