Role Purpose
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to partner NCC Group's Chief People Officer (CPO), optimising their productivity by managing complex scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination. The Executive Assistant will oversee the execution of critical administrative functions, enabling the CPO to focus on high-impact initiatives. Additionally, the role will involve supporting global operations, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring effective communication across time zones and business units.
Summary
- Act as a trusted partner to the CPO, managing complex scheduling, forward planning, and high‑volume calendar demands across multiple time zones.
- Prioritise and triage incoming communications, ensuring urgent matters are escalated and handled swiftly, ensuring high levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate intricate international travel itineraries, from flights and accommodation to visas and expenses, delivering seamless, stress‑free experiences, even when plans change at short notice.
- Serve as a key contact point between the CPO and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
- Lead and support projects and events within the People team and wider business units.
- Draft, edit, and coordinate People‑related communications, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with our culture and tone.
- Support the distribution of updates, organisational announcements, and change communications globally.
What we are looking for in you
- Experience supporting senior executives in fast‑paced, commercially driven environments, ideally with global responsibilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong capability in drafting communications, preparing Leadership packs and other documents.
- Previous exposure to a PLC environment.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and time‑management skills.
- Expertise in managing complex calendars, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Ability to operate across multiple time zones and manage global workflows.
- Strong judgement in filtering and prioritising requests.
- Absolute discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Understanding of corporate governance, NDAs, and legal compliance.
- Flexibility to provide ad‑hoc support when the CPO is travelling, including occasional out‑of‑hours availability when required.
