The Lead BI Analyst will lead our efforts in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth and operational excellence own sales analytics and deliver data-driven insights that empower our revenue generating organisation. This role will be responsible for building and maturing our BI capabilities, with a strong focus on market intelligence, robust performance management metrics, sophisticated reporting and analysis, and the continuous refinement and enablement of our data processes and systems.You will be a key partner to various departments, including Data & Reporting, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product, providing the intelligence needed for informed decision-making. Collaborate with the GTS team to ensure data requirements are fully captured.Act as a primary liaison between technical data teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa. Work with Sales Leadership on performance coaching insights, rep enablement, and quarterly business reviews. Bachelor\βs degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master\βs a plus) or equivalent work based experienceExtensive experience in BI, Sales Analytics, or Revenue Operations, with experience operating in a lead or senior role.Expertise in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) and strong SQL skills.Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales performance data. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
