Role: Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer and CTO

The Opportunity:
Reporting directly into NCC Group’s Chief Executive Officer, providing Executive Assistance to the CEO and CTO, optimising their productivity by managing complex scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination. The Executive Assistant will oversee the execution of critical administrative functions, enabling the CEO & CTO to focus on high-impact initiatives. Additionally, the role will involve supporting global operations, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring effective communication across time zones and business units.
Key Accountabilities:
- Organise complex travel itineraries, including planning of flights, accommodation, visa requirements, and expenses.
- Management and prioritising incoming communications and emails to optimise Executive time, prioritising urgent matters, streamlining communication flows, and ensuring swift and effective action on critical issues.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, safeguarding business-critical data and maintaining trust at the highest levels.
- Proactively manage and optimise a high-demand Executive calendar, balancing priorities, rescheduling efficiently, and ensuring key stakeholders are engaged at the right moments.
- Develop compelling presentations and dynamic dashboards to support strategic discussions and executive decision-making.
- Lead and manage specific projects and events whilst providing project support for other business unit projects.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO & CTO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Raise and manage department purchase orders.
- Support for the management of the London office.
Requirements:
- Experience in a commercially focused role working for an Executive with a global remit.
- Previous experience in a PLC environment.
- Ability for flexible working in order to provide ad hoc support on an exceptional basis to the CEO & CTO or other board members in the UK and when they are travelling in different time zones.
- Expert in managing complex calendars, high-priority meetings, and tight deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate multiple time zones and global business operations.
- Strong prioritisation skills to filter and manage non-essential requests.
- Handling of highly sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity.
- Understanding of corporate governance, NDAs, and legal compliance.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
