Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering security technology consulting services to customers, including requirements capture, solution architectures, and technology integration.
  • Acting as the pre-sales conduit between the client and NCC Group.
  • Understanding the technical product portfolio to assist in designing and developing technical solutions.
  • Undertaking technical pre-sales engagements with customers, including presenting and demonstrating NCC Group’s Extended Detection and Response, SOC, and other advanced threat solutions.
  • Generating customer proposals and communicating technical risk to key stakeholders.
  • Providing advice and support for security solutions to clients.
  • Communicating effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Supporting Sales and Accounts teams in nurturing new business wins and existing business retention.
  • Eliciting customer requirements and delivering quality input into bids and proposals.
  • Evangelising services, products, and technologies while developing networking relationships.
  • Capturing and providing customer/business requirements and feedback on existing products.
  • Influencing new technical developments within our markets.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

  • A deep understanding of technology and processes related to Security Operation Centres (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft, Carbon Black, Crowdstrike).
  • Experience in scoping and designing client solutions.
  • Cyber Security expertise with evidence of continuous learning and up-to-date industry knowledge.
  • Understanding of business and financial drivers behind security monitoring solutions.
  • An analytical mind capable of visualising, conceptualising, and articulating problems and solutions.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to structure and articulate communications persuasively.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to manage key stakeholders.
  • Information Security related degree or equivalent experience.
