3 x shifts (no weekends), days whilst training. Permanent, Immediate start available. 37 hours per week Β£17.79 per hour inc shift allowance, Bonus, Overtime available.
We have recruited for this growing Manufacturer of components for the aerospace and power generation industries for over 20 years. They have a very professional reputation offering great working conditions and future prospects.
The Graduate CNC Engineer / Machinists will operate CNC machines in line with workload requirements, ensuring that all parts are machined to meet customer requirements and strict quality standards.
Essential Requirements
- Proficient in reading and using manual micrometres
- Capable of interpreting and understanding engineering drawings
Key Attributes
- Genuine enthusiasm for the role and a clear interest in engineering
- Willingness and ability to work shift patterns; prior shift experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong CNC machining background, especially with manual gauging experience
- Apprentice-trained candidates highly desirable
- Candidates with limited hands-on experience but holding relevant qualifications (e.g., BTEC Diploma, Engineering Degree, or City & Guilds in Engineering) will be considered

21:45 β 05:45 Monday β Thursday

26 days floating + 7 statutory days

Overtime available and paid in line with agreed rates
