Being factory-based, you will be working in close collaboration with our Laboratory Manager, Chemists, QC Team, and Operations Manager, as part of the senior management team led by our Factory Operations Director.

Responsibilities:
  • Specifications and managing complaints
  • Technical Data Sheets
  • Managing packaging technical detail
  • Management of NBS specification & MSDS software system
  • Working with the wider Technical Team in developing and managing product-led systems
  • Managing ISO and BBA accreditation
Requirements:
  • Previous technical/technical services experience within this predominantly cement technology-based sector
  • Knowledge of the relevant tiling and flooring BS/EN standards
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player with attention to detail
  • A process and system-driven approach
  • Computer literate, Microsoft suite of applications
