NC Associates are currently recruiting a Credit Controller to join a well-established organisation based in St Helens. As the Credit Controller you will be responsible for a set of accounts with the responsibility of minimising overdue debt and will report into the Credit Control Manager.

Credit Controller Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reducing aged debt
  • Raising invoices and credit notes
  • Reconcile customer accounts
  • Resolving any customer queries
  • Post and allocate cash to customer accounts
  • Reviewing credit limits

Credit Controller Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a credit control role
  • Monitoring overdue accounts
  • Sage 50 - desirable
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
