NC Associates are partnering with a growing organisation that supports businesses with the procurement and management of essential services. Operating in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment, the company places strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and delivering a professional service to both clients and suppliers. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Sales Administrator to join their on-site team. This is an office-based role providing central support to the Sales team, ensuring all administrative processes are completed efficiently and accurately. Previous experience within the energy sector is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team with all pre- and post-sale administration
  • Prepare, check, and submit sales contracts to suppliers
  • Process pricing requests and follow up accordingly
  • Validate invoices via the in-house portal
  • Manage front sheet policy documentation
  • Complete daily system checks (lock-ins, terminations, COTs, pending lives, issues logs)
  • Provide updates on supplier and industry changes
  • Complete sales audit and compliance tasks
  • Produce sales and commission reports via CRM
  • Act as first point of contact for inbound calls

Experience

  • Previous administrative experience within a busy sales environment (essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident telephone manner and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
